3. Customized and Personalized Products

Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, wording, dates, colors, sizes, and other customization details before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors contained in information submitted or approved by the customer. Customized and personalized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after production begins unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order.

We reserve the right to refuse customization requests containing unlawful, hateful, threatening, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.

4. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order. This may include orders affected by pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, incorrect product information, or payment problems.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, payment, and contact information. You are responsible for reviewing your order and shipping address before completing checkout.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, discount codes, and product availability may change without notice.

Discounts cannot be combined unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors, including after an order has been submitted.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, supply issues, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer after the order is delivered to the address provided during checkout, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requirements and exclusions stated in our Return Policy.

Customized and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or reproduction rights for the artwork or design appearing on that product.

You agree that your submissions will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, obscene, or malicious content.

We may remove content that violates these terms. We will not publicly use customer photographs or personally identifying content for marketing without appropriate permission.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to sell our products and services.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by payment processors, shipping carriers, production partners, social-media platforms, or other providers. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or actions of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
